TV cards

Drag ⋮⋮ (or ▲▼) to reorder; cards rotate top to bottom, each for its own number of seconds (QR cards default to 30 so phones can lock on). Class cards are templates — {workout}/{theme} are filled on the TV (an empty theme drops its “ · ”; with no workout known they are skipped). Motivational cards are shuffled in, roughly one per two or three, never repeating within a session. The sign-in QR (left) and the next-class line (name + start time, no countdown — the deck’s COUNTDOWN is the only class timer) never rotate away.
